your holiday sounded great. Always different travelling with kids, you get to do things you wouldn't otherwise do.
Don't rush to swap to Virgin. I would never fly with them, they swap your direct flights to via here and there, very stressfull when in tranist with kids for 13 hours when it was meant to be 7.....
