Stuff to do with kids

Brother is heading over in September with his 9 yo daughter and 15 year old son. We have never travelled with kids but have recommended the usual.. Waterbom, Monkey Forest, Bike ride. Wot other activities can you recommend that lil Brother and the kids will enjoy? Thanks in advance.....
