Purchased Garuda tickets a few weeks ago. A few minutes later I had a call from my bank just checking that I was the one purchasing GA tickets with my creditcard (and the amount). She said they tend to check with customers as fraud using creditcards and airline tickets is common!!!! Perhaps thats the reason why GA are introducing/enforcing the rule!
