With regards to Business suits - the tailor i use is happy to copy from something you bring with you or you can also choose something from one of the many books. If you have lost alot of weight then you may rather choosing something out of the books/catalogues.
Bike tours - I have done bali Baik and loved it - maybe it is time to shake it up a bit and go with a different company - they may go a different way and you will get to see something different
Taxis - yep still the same - but make sure you use the booth it seems there have been some people getting ripped off lately. I am sure you will see the entries further down the forum
