Premier lounge is US$25 per person. They let me walk away after I laughed at the price.
Dewi lounge was Rp125,000 per person. It was closed for renovations for a while, hence the increase in price from Rp100,000 each. Upstairs is the smoking section, downstairs is non-smoking and also has the food and drinks. I didn't bother going upstairs to check it out as I don't smoke. Downstairs had two computers plus free wi-fi, which worked very well.
