My daughter has made a booking at Satriya Cottages and is concerned because they don't want a deposit, she has email confirmation of the booking but is a bit worried about it seeing she hasn't paid anything. Does anyone out there know if this the normal procedure for Satriya Cottages? Many thanks, Karen
