Look for Optik Melawi and/or search the forum for many many others.
It depends on what prescription you have as to how long to get made.
Lenses are made in Java and need to be flown there (frames) and back.
Anything between 5 - 10 days depending on graduated, progressive etc etc.
Typical prices are half what you may pay in Australia, even with rebates etc.
Partner and I have had half a dozen pairs or more made over the years and generally very happy.
