Have had a claim rejected once before when in Borneo a bag was slashed with a blade and a watch removed. Somehow this was my fault according to TID.
Recently had a mobile phone stolen by a taxi driver while a bag was left in the car while we ducked into a shop. My bad, I realize that it was perhaps too trusting, but it was still stolen and reported to the police and we had to purchase a new i Phone.
According to the general consensus following my post about the incident a few days ago, I should have read the policy carefully and lied accordingly if I was to have any chance of getting re-imbursed by TID.
