as in money changers is nothing more than an urban myth,what most people are refering to is PT CENTRAL KUTA who used to operate a moneychanging desk out of mainly kadak shops and were,and still are, very honest however most of their desks are now in Circle K shops (and have TRAVELEX signs outside)
These moneychnging desks are operating independinantly of Circle k and are only open till around 9 pm.
People who seek out and use "kodak shops" as being reputable moneychangers do so at their own risk as many of them are total rip off merchants.
