I don't think that such a scooter will be able to easily traverse the uneven footpaths, kerbs etc, even where these do exist.
Distance about 4 kms each way as stated but that will be the least of the problems.
No doubt trying to negotiate the hazards will consume additional battery power too and you may end up stranded.
