go to http://www.teleponindonesia.com/buy/mobile_recharge
and register.
for PROXL you will want 'EXELCOMINDO' note the logo is for XL
drop the first 0 when entering the number
Then top up and charge back to credit card or paypal.
The service fee isnt much
Then 'cek pulsa' after the sms is sent to you and all will be fine.
I top up my girlfriends phone and my xl from here
