60 day visa before you leave your home country, presuming your Australian? Cost $60.00 and when you enter Bali you enter through the locals immigration so not much queueing either. Takes about a week to process at the Indonesian consulate.
If already in Bali yes you can but it will dig into a few days of your holidays with the toing and froing between departments in Bali.
