This is located near the Dolphin Lodge on Serangan Island. Serangan is a small island near Sanur that is accessible by road. We visited the Turtle Centre on the way home from our Dolphin encounter. There was no great pressure to donate, but they do have a donation box, a small kiosk & a visitors book to sign. About half hour should be enough time.
As our driver's English skills are excellent, we got more information this year than last time, when we went with the Dolphin Lodge driver. It made for a much more interesting visit.
