There is probably a little more to do on Lombok there are toury?? type things and the city and its big....Gili - you can hire a push bike and ride right around the island..
Depends what you like to do I guess..Gili good for just swimming and sunbaking and snorkling you know those type of things which I love but other than that there is nothing else to do or see..
You can certainly do all that you need to on Gili and have time to relax but I think there would be more to do on Lombok ..hmmmmm either do equal time OR have a day extra on Lombok perhaps..
Where are you staying on both places???
