We went to the water park yesterday. Not sure about the shuttle as I think you need to pay when they pick you up. Taxi was about 80,000. Park is great for littlies but VERY QUIET and a long way out of Kuta. It's actually at Dreamland Beach, Uluwatu. Takes about 45mins by taxi. Food is very cheap when you are in but not alot of shade except for the Kabana's. Tiles in the pool are very slippery but the park is done quite well.
