The Hotel has 5 lifts one either side of the breakfast area and also 2 other service elevators close by them that can be used if these 2 main ones breakdown, there is also one situated on the Right Wing closer to the pool which has a small entrance ramp leading to it for wheelchair access from the pool area.
If you make request for specific needs before you get there the Hotel may assist with these .
Personally in your situation I would request right wing second floor (Second floor is the foyer level)Rooms 2010 -- 2032 these rooms are classed as Ocean facing pool view the Entry level rooms are Garden view facing and these rooms are also on the 2nd level.
It depends on what type room you have booked The Ocean Front rooms on the right wing are also suitable for your needs if that is what you have chosen.
