The one that we where in was on the top floor we asked for a room with easy lift access and one room was at one side of the apartment and the other was at the other side . We booked on line the good thing about their booking system is that you can see if and when the kind of room that you wanted was available we also sent an email about a month before arrival just to confirm all was well and to remind them that we needed easy lift access. Our friend had heart trouble so stair would have been no good for him.
