I expect as some people have fixed views on using "strangers" to look after their children.
You will possibly find that the Bali Garden "contract" someone in to do this, perhaps from one of the recognised baby sitting services, or even from a friend or relation just making a bit on the side.
Incidentally, we have used a baby sitter for various jobs when in Bali, but we spent some time first in dual care roles observing the carer and the reaction with the children (several days) and only when comfortable with everything we were seeing and hearing did we allow them to fly solo for a couple of nights for a few hours.
It all went well for us and we will do it again soon.
