Your solution is rather easy ( once you know ) you go to the reception and ask for Leanne Winch ( australian) she is the CEO of Dewri Seri and IDA hotels. Get her Mobile ph no and call her, she will see the problem solved. I know her very well and I have been staying there for 6yrs (twice per year.)
