If the person suffers from dementia he will in no time have forgotten that someone told him it was wrong to strip by the hotel pool. Whether he should travel alone or at all is another matter. Dementia is creating so much sadness so occasional nakedness would be a minor problem in comparison. Just look the other way or read a book. Problem solved.
