By all means spend time getting quotes & checking out the quality of the leather etc in all the mentioned places & any you come across in your wanderings.
I did this last June with friends for many & varied items (jackets, skirts, bags). Ended up at Tommy Leather because of the attentive service, the quality of leather & their attention to detail. We were all thrilled. Not the cheapest.
