Just back from 8 days in Legian and Kuta . First spent 2 nights at the Padma , then 5 at the K . Both were great . Went out at night time without any thought of Danger . Ogah Ogah was great . Took some videos of the parade . There were lots of people at Bemo corner so I walked to JL Benesari and sat out the front of a circle K and watched the whole parade . Met a few people there from Melb , just chatted while waiting for the floats to pass . Took a couple hrs . Then everything shut . Even Maccas ... Nyeipi was very different , luckily at the K the facilities were open . We had plenty of food and drink , so our day was ok . Found all the staff and Aussies there great . Went up to the new Billys bar neat Bengul ? , great view . Jack Sh!t took us . I was hungover so didn't appreciate it as much as I should of . Was the first trip for along time where I relaxed and didn't travel too far . Drank too much though . Not much was open until Sunday , so Saturday was quiet on the streets . All in all had a great week . Back in 7 weeks with 10 people doing the tourist stuff .
