You could try the Adhi Jaya at Tuban, just came back after a two week stay and loved it. It is opposite the Discovery Shopping Centre behind a row of shops and we stayed in the Deluxe rooms on the ground floor around the pool. We didn,t hear any noise during the night. We booked it with Agoda.
