Seminyak hotel on beach

I am looking at staying in Seminyak in June July this year and would prefer to be on the beach or really close as I enjoy early beach walks before it gets too hot.
I dont know a great deal about the area and not too sure on the most suitable hotel for my partner and I.
I prefer one with not lots of rowdy kids but I dont want to be spending $200 - $300 a night either! Is there anything available like that?
