www.peramatour.com go to Bali Tours then far right to transport shuttle services. Bus and Boat is what you need. You could also ask at reception of your hotel for them to Ph Perama and ask for you.
I am looking at this when I shall be in Sanur to go up to Ubud. I meet a lady some time ago and she was going to candidasa via the Perama services. I dont know how realiable the schedule would be, theres only one way to find out and that is give it a go.
I know with a Bemo you have several changes and Perama is better.
