I suggest Biku at Seminyak for an Asian or English High Tea - details on their website. It is sufficient food to call it lunch. If you like that maybe a High Breakfast one day also.

Echo Beach for a sunset dinner of bbq fish etc.
I wouldn't take anyone to the monkey forest.
Maybe a drive over to Sanur and a stroll along the beach path and stop for lunch or shop browsing - there is a utube clip showing the path.
Maybe they would enjoy some sort of treatment in a spa for a little pampering - hair spa, pedicure, massage.....
