facetious but I waasn't meaning to be rude - just incredulous.
Surgery of any kind carries risk and things can go wrong in the best of hospitals. Luckly in Australia and other developed countries, if things go wrong there are extremely experienced medical staff and facilities to manage this risk.
In a developing country like Indonesia if things go wrong they can go very, very wrong.
I suspect that insurers would not want to cover the risk either.
People do have elective surgery in Bali but I suspect they don't realise that if things go wrong they may die.Go in to any accident department and look at the equipment they don't have and the medical staff with just the basic medical degree from a poor quality local university.
In my opinion you should avoid any surgery in a country like Indonesia and to undergo elective surgery is unwise to say the least.
Why do you think polititions and rich Indonesians routinely go to Australia, Singapore or the USA for medical treatment?
