These are basically cotton buds with the sticks filled with Betadine. Break off the top and the cotton bud end fills with the betadine so easily applied to the infection or sore. Was a great help after my fall during my holiday and skinned my knee.
Loved them so much that we bought out stocks at the Circle K and Mini Mart over the road on departure day :-)
