yes an alternative view is good I really agree with you.....such as....do you know someone that had an issue with surgery overseas....explain the issue....good alternative view.....everyone should research and get the best possible information
But the derogatory remarks and insults that seem to run rife on this particular forum are a form of bullying....and if we as adults seem to think this is ok......what sort of impression are we giving our children.
They are impressionable and see adults do it, so then they copy and can take it to extreme measures......
Again yes give your advice I agree, but please why insult someone for asking a valid question.
