stay just recently. I took a can of Rid with me, but it started to run out, so I bought a can of "Off". I also bought the satches of Soffell which contain Deet too. These are really handy to keep in your bag/pocket, in case you are out & realise you have forgotten to put any spray on.
I must say that Off smells a lot better than Rid.
We were fine with no bites, until we went to Amed! OMG, one bit right through my shorts, that aren't thin, so watch out if you go there!
