Highly recommended BALI HAI BIKE TOUR www.balihaitour.com My girlfriend and I were the only two booked on the tour for the day but were amazed at the co-ordination of everything. There were four persons from the tour company escorting us at any time. One rode in front giving us information, one pulled up the rear to make sure we didn't get lost or get hit by cars and two others were in "support vehicles". Any time the tour needed to cross any city streets (which was very rarely -- most of the time you're on dirt paths and concrete sidewalks through rice paddies), these two support people were there to stop traffic (seriously, they would be there with their hands up holding up traffic!!!) and make sure we didn't get hit by cars. It was spitting rain the day we went on the tour so some of the trails were a little muddy but they provide rain panchos (along with the helmets, bottled water, etc). They can keep your backpacks or any belongings in their support van.
