We had Room 110 a deluxe room on the ground level around the pool. Happy with room but could not get the cleaner to understand what bleach was. Wanted some mould sprayed and explained but in the end he ended up having the handyman put new grout in. Had to laugh. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning no problem. All the staff were very good. Pool was a little cold but once you were in it was okay but then we did have some cloudy days. From waht I could see the newer section was out the back but I preferred the older section near the pool.
Breakfast was okay some days but catered mainly to the Asian guests. No bacon. Could have your eggs cooked however and always had sausages.
I would go back again as it is so central to everywhere I wanted to be.
Ate at Coco,s and Segara at The Discovery Shopping Centre, Bamboo Restaurant next door (the pork ribs are the best I have ever had in Bali), Asian Restaurant attached to the Bali Rani, Garis Garis up past The Bintang Ramada, Icileo (sorry can,t spell it) opposite the Dynasty Hotel, IFori next to Bamboo (was very sick from what I ate here but my husband was okay), Chi Chi,s next to Kuta Station Hotel.
You must go to the Kuta Theatre for the magic show. It is next to the Kuta Station Restaurant and it only costs 85,000rp for the one hour show. Very good.
