years time i think - you can see it is the new up and coming place due to the sentosa project and the price of land is doubling by the month apparantly..ive only been to echo beach the first time this year (first time to bali!) but ive been living there for 3 months now...its still lovely and friendly and local now but you can tell its gona get built up in the next few years....
