I haven't been since October but I noticed a big difference to how it used to be. There is a new row of shops - all very upmarket and there was lots of building going on....I'm pretty sure it was the sentosa complex. They've even fixed the road leading into echobeach LOL
I guess it's just progress but it is a shame as even in Oct it didn't have the same "feel" as it used to have.
