I swear by Inner Health Plus. I start taking it a week or so prior to going overseas and continue with it daily until i come home. I have travelled throughout China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand plus of course Bali over the past couple of years and "touch wood" have never been struck down by the dreaded bellybug nor has my travel companion since getting her onto it as well.
