Sisters didnt have suitcases with wheels, had bought large Bali bags for checkin luggage and only found 1 trolley in area, but loaded them on it so not as bad as could have been. Would of used a porter if there was one around so maybe put the word out for them to be in dropoff area and they'll get more business...
