We too choose this hotel to be close to that area. We werent travelling with kids this time. Maybe with children it would be different. I hope you enjoy it. My concern if I was taking the kids is that the only pool they can use has a swim up bar and tables in the water. This encouraged alot of drinking sesssions and these tables were covered ( and I mean COVERED) in bottles of bintang. These tables are right next to the childrens pool area. In saying that there were lots of kids present and people seemed to be having a great time. But just not my sort of holiday with the kids is all. ENJOY
