Maybe Ubud?...up north in Lovina, but probably too quiet for 19 y.o. Personally, I stay in little hotel down a gang just near Hard Rock and would again..its very central for you, gthere are plenty of restaurants/cafes with bands etc at nights in Seminyak etc you can go to..and just be careful with your alcohol and maybe one of your group, be "designated driver" each night you go out.
