Included pick up, stop at a coffee plantation and a cuppa, up to kintamani and breaky of banana fried with honey drizzle and coffee (energy foods LOL) then helmet and bike and down hill we went. Few spots of rediculous uphill (walked my bike up) stop at a local compound on the way and bit of input about local life, Then a stop at the Govn residence for a peek thru the fence, then down to the end where we were served 3 course light lunch and drinks.
My bum is still cringing LOL. B#%*dy 40Kms.
And no you do not have to be fit and cycle enthusists.
