Yes, go for it. I think we all start out, especially the bargain hunters amongst us, with a big list of "what to get", but end up being run ragged by all the stuff you have to do, and the whole "getting there" thing. Let's face it, it's hot and humid, and for me it's uncomfortable. I tend to quarantine a few busy days to get and do stuff, then have some proper relaxing days. Tricky for those with little kids, but surely possible. Especially if you choose accommodation well, and stay somewhere where they won't be bored. I love the fact that here is such a range of hotels to cater for all needs, as I find as Ive moved through motherhood, I want to stay in adult oriented places. I work with li'l kiddies and need a break when I'm away.
Just need to resist the urges to do too much. :)
