My daughter has quite long hair & we had it braided by a lady on Kuta Beach, it did cost 250,000rp a little bit pricey for Bali I know, but she did a perfect job & was a really nice lady & at the end of the day we were happy. Can't remember her name, will have to ask my daughter.
