Maybe Bintang Supermarket? I got my Smartfren stick from the small kiosk desk just out the front. It comes with a sim & I will just buy a new sim & credit for it next time. Not sure if this really answers your question, but they sell other types of internet connections and may be able to point you in the right direction.
