Thanks for reminding me that I had a similar experience and giving me the opportunity of telling people about SOPAN II.
A few years back I changed a big wad of AU$ for some reason or other; I don't usually carry large amounts of cash on me but I had to stop in at a shop called SOPAN II up toward the north end of Jl Legian. I bought a few things and went away, stupidly leaving my stuffed wallet on the counter.
On reaching my destination I went to use the cash and realised it wasn't there! I got that empty, sick, panicy feeling in my stomach and frantically started retracing my steps, trying to remember the last place I had used it.
As I entered SOPAN II the lady held up my wallet and said "you forgot this, you should be more careful".
Needless to say I thanked her appropriately and try to use that shop whenever possible.
