My 11 year old daughter and I are traveling to Bali in April and will be visiting Yayasan Widya Guna orphanage near Ubud. We usually take clothes and shoes from out local op shop but have no more room in our bags as we are staying for a month to study Indonesian, have some clothes and books of our own and a few donations. I received an email from Nyoman from the orphanage/school saying that the children ( 30+ including disabled kids) need second hand clothing, shoes and bags. Anyone traveling to Ubud with space in their case may be able to source some second hand clothes etc for the kids? They would really appreciate it. Email me for the orphanage address or my cottage and we cam arrange to get it to the wonderful kids. You may even like to visit the kids and see the amazing work that is being done there.
