I used CBA atm when I was there last month and there was a 20,000 fee.
My NAB Gold visa debit card is the way to go with no wdl fees or conversion fees. I was happy to pay the 20,000rph fee as it was close to my villas, but if I had a choice I would choose a non CBA atm.
The Gold card is great!!
