you will be lucky to get an email from them,i sent several with no response,i ended up ringing them,what a pain that was,like pulling teeth..they told me they had trouble with their emails,but if you send them a fax,u will get a reply...we are going there in august,we enjoyed it last year but for the noise,we got use to it...i only hope all work next door is completed
