I emailed, then called a few days later, took about 40mins and I eventually got to talk to someone. She told me I had to email. Told her I already had. 20 minutes more on hold and she confirmed that yes, that had received my email and would get to it eventually. So I resent it and will every couple of days until I get my money back. Thanks AA!
