Hi Steffy, which bank are you with? We are with ANZ, had money back in our account the day Air Australia went down, just checked and its still there! Friends who are with the Commonwealth are still waiting for the chargeback, have been told 45-60 days if at all!! At least we could rebook, they obviously don't want to until they have the money back. Keep us informed of what happens, good luck.
