I rang Garuda's Sydney office and spoke to Jan, she told me all the E tickets are issued from Jakarta. She said they will take a while as my booking is for November and they have a huge backlog to clear. If not get the tickets in 3 or 4 weeks to email Garuda's booking inquiries addy. Please let me know how you get on with yours, Cheers.
