i still have had no official notification, sent 3rd email last night with a copy of my J* intinerary and pricing saying I would like the full amount refunded as it has cost me so much extra for flights on same days, did get my 1st reply that they would look into it and get back to me, pretty sure that will not happen quickly. Yes they are JOKE.
